Lot 105:
Description
A substantial collection of pre-painted resin wargaming scenery from the Battlefield in a Box series produced by Gale Force Nine and Battlefront Miniatures. The components are designed for 28mm to 32mm scale tabletop sci-fi gaming. The collection includes a large cylindrical storage tank or generator with a cream and green weathered finish, two matching curved wall segments, and several rectangular crates in both cream/green and weathered metallic silver finishes. Also present is a large circular spiked platform featuring an embossed central sunburst motif. A large quantity of modular industrial piping sections in a weathered metallic finish is included, along with various small canisters, crates, and industrial components. The set is housed in original custom-moulded polystyrene protective inserts within a cardboard outer box.
Condition report:
The paint is generally well-preserved, featuring a deliberate weathered aesthetic. There are minor scuffs and small chips to the paint and resin on the edges of several pieces consistent with handling and tabletop use. One silver crate shows a small chip on a corner. The polystyrene inserts contain several vacant slots, suggesting some smaller components may be missing or were relocated to the loose bin.
