Description
A pair of Bontempi Cross contemporary circular tables, comprising a coffee table and a smaller coordinating side table. Each table features a circular top with a polished marble ceramic finish, displaying grey and ochre veining on a white ground. A distinctive design feature is the recessed metal inlay strip that bisects each tabletop. The tables are supported by angular, flat-profile metal frames with an antiqued bronze or brass-toned finish. The legs are joined at the floor by a cross-frame base. The table tops appear to be constructed from a high-quality ceramic or sintered stone with a marble-style glaze.
