Description
A Royal Copenhagen three-light candle holder of biomorphic, trefoil form. The piece is constructed from cast pewter with a high-polish finish. The design features three rounded, bulbous lobes extending from a central point, with each lobe housing an integral cylindrical candle nozzle. The underside of the central section bears a circular impressed maker mark featuring the text ROYAL COPENHAGEN DENMARK surrounding three horizontal wavy lines.
Condition report:
The candle holder is in good vintage condition. The polished pewter surface exhibits a scattered network of fine surface scratches and minor abrasions consistent with age and handling. There is visible darkening and residue within the depths of the three candle nozzles.
