Description
A carton containing a collection of five Scalextric 1:32 scale electric slot cars, manufactured by Hornby Hobbies. The assortment includes a variety of endurance and open-wheel racing models with moulded plastic bodies and rubber tyres. The collection features two Cadillac Northstar LMP (Le Mans Prototype) models: one in a silver livery with Pirelli and Northstar branding carrying the number 1, and the second in a black Motorola livery carrying the number 3 with 24 Heures du Mans decals. The Formula 1 contingent consists of a McLaren Mercedes in silver and black livery with David Coulthard driver branding and the number 2, a Williams F1 Team BMW in white and navy blue livery with Compaq sponsorship and the number 9, and a Benetton Playlife F1 in light blue livery with Marconi and D2 sponsorship carrying the number 11. Each vehicle is housed in its original black and yellow cardboard window display box, complete with internal plastic plinths.
