Description
A Marantz PM-66SE Special Edition integrated stereo amplifier, model number 74PM66/15B, bearing serial number SV009927019319. The unit is configured for 230V ~ 50Hz mains power operation and is marked as designed and engineered by Marantz Japan Inc. The front panel features a brushed black finish accented with a gold-tone Marantz logo and Special Edition cursive script. The front control layout includes a power switch, an infrared sensor window, a 6.35mm (1/4-inch) headphone jack, a source direct button, tape monitor controls, an analogue input selector dial (with settings for Phono, CD, Tuner, and Aux), a balance control dial, and a large master volume dial. The rear panel is fitted with gold-plated RCA input terminals for Phono and CD, alongside standard RCA inputs for Tuner, Aux, and two Tape monitor loops (Tape 1 and Tape 2). It also features a dedicated ground terminal screw and four screw-type speaker terminals designed for speaker systems rated between 8 and 16 Ohms. The unit displays power-on capability with illuminated red LED indicators on the front panel. No remote control, original packaging, or other accessories are included.
Condition report:
The amplifier is in used cosmetic condition. Audio testing, channel balance verification, and input/output port testing have not been carried out.
