Description
An assortment of items across 2 cartons and 2 crates, primarily focused on yoga, wellness, and spiritual practice. The library includes a range of hardcover and softcover titles such as B.K.S. Iyengar’s Yoga: The Path to Holistic Health published by DK, Yoga Anatomy by Leslie Kaminoff and Amy Matthews, and High Performance Habits by Brendon Burchard. The collection features multiple works by Swami Rama, including The Royal Path, Sadhana, and Meditation and Its Practice, alongside a series of smaller volumes by Santatagamana. Several copies of Be Great by Jonny Lej are also present, alongside motivational works by Esther and Jerry Hicks published by Hay House.
