Description
This collection of photographic equipment features a Pentax K-x digital single-lens reflex (DSLR) camera body finished in a distinctive gloss red with a black rubberised grip. The camera features a polycarbonate exterior casing over a metal chassis and operates on four AA batteries. Camera Serial Number: 3773206 The collection includes two zoom lenses: The first is an SMC Pentax-DA L 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 AL zoom lens featuring a matching red barrel finish. The front ring is marked SMC PENTAX-DA L 1:3.5-5.6 18-55mm AL and o52mm. The underside of the barrel is marked ASSEMBLED IN VIETNAM with serial number 5098686. The second is a Tokina SD 70-210mm f/4-5.6 zoom lens finished in black, featuring a Pentax KA manual focus mount compatible with programmatic exposure. The front ring is marked Tokina SD 70-210mm 1:4-5.6 o52 JAPAN. The aperture ring features a green automatic setting marked A. Accessories accompanying the collection comprise a black neoprene soft pouch case with white embroidered Pentax lettering and a red and black rubberised Pentax badge, a Hama 52mm clear UV filter, a black plastic pinch-style Pentax lens cap, a plain black push-on plastic lens cap, and a black woven neck strap attached to the camera body.
Condition report:
The camera body is in very good cosmetic condition with a bright gloss red finish, showing only minor superficial scuffing and light dust in the crevices. The battery compartment door and memory card door open and latch securely. The matching red Pentax 18-55mm lens is in good cosmetic condition with light accumulated dust on the black rubber zoom ring. The Tokina 70-210mm lens is in good cosmetic condition with some light surface dust on the textured diamond-grip rubber barrel. Viewfinder optics and the front elements of both lenses appear clean and free of major scratches or fungus, though light internal dust consistent with normal age and use may be present. The equipment is untested with batteries; operational, shutter, and sensor functions are unverified. Sold as seen.
