This lot comprises 2 cartons containing a collection of soul, funk, R&B, and dance vinyl records, consisting of both LPs and 12-inch singles. The selection primarily dates from the 1960s through to the 1990s. Identifiable artists include George Benson with While The City Sleeps and The Love Songs compilation, Diana Ross with Take Me Higher, and the Real Thing with a special U.S. disco mix. Other artists include Linx featuring David Grant, 52nd Street, C&C Music Factory, and D Mob. Reggae and dancehall are represented by titles such as Riddim Rider: Trod’n To Zion and Undivided Roots. The collection includes various labels such as Warner Bros., A&M, Hi Records, Fourth & Broadway, and K-tel. Additionally, there are rock and roll titles by Bill Haley & The Comets and Cliff Richard with The Shadows, along with miscellaneous soundtracks and choral recordings.
