Description
This set comprises a wingback armchair and a matching rectangular ottoman, both upholstered in brown leather look fabric. The armchair is designed in the Georgian revival style, featuring a fan-fluted backrest, scrolled arms, and wings accented with brass-toned nailhead trim. The chair is supported by front cabriole legs with carved acanthus leaf motifs at the knees, terminating in ball and claw feet, with two square-section swept legs to the rear. The matching ottoman is upholstered in coordinate leather look fabric with studded trim along the base and is raised on four cabriole legs with carved scrollwork and ball and claw feet. The frames are constructed from a dark-stained hardwood. This durable set is intended for commercial use only or as part of a traditional residential interior.

Condition report:
The set displays a heavily patinated and distressed appearance consistent with age and regular use. The leather look upholstery shows numerous surface scratches, scuffs, and areas of fading, particularly on the seat cushion and the upper surface of the ottoman. The wooden legs exhibit minor knocks and surface abrasions.
