Description
This collection comprises two Sony portable audio units and various associated accessories. The first unit is a Sony Net MD Walkman MZ-N707 Type-R MiniDisc recorder finished in metallic blue. The front panel features an LCD display, recording slider, and navigation buttons for menu selection, track marking, and volume. The reverse is marked Sony Portable Minidisc Recorder MZ-N707 and specifies battery requirements of 1.5V AA or a 3V external DC supply. It is accompanied by a black Sony RM-MC11EL wired remote control with an integrated LCD display.
The second unit is a Sony Walkman WM-EX500 slimline portable cassette player, also finished in metallic blue. The exterior casing is marked Sony Walkman Cassette Player WM-EX500 and Groove. It features polished silver-tone playback controls and indicator lights for sound modes. The interior compartment is marked Auto Reverse and Groove Mega Bass.
Included accessories consist of a Sony BCA-WM25 battery charging stand in clear and grey plastic, which features a DC IN 3V port. Please note that there is no charging lead for the stand included in this lot. The collection is completed by a Sony-branded USB interface cable in its original sealed plastic packaging, a grey felt-like drawstring pouch with a rubberised Sony MD Walkman patch, and a smaller black fabric drawstring pouch.
Condition report:
All items are in used condition with visible cosmetic wear. The MZ-N707 shows surface scuffing and minor scratches to the casing, and some internal dust is visible behind the LCD screen. The WM-EX500 exhibits significant cosmetic wear, including paint loss and scratches along the edges and corners. The charging stand and pouches show signs of regular use. All components are sold as seen and have not been tested for mechanical or electronic functionality.
