One electric sugarcane juicer by Sumtasa, imported by HT Sweet UK, model ET-ZZJ82. The unit is constructed from stainless steel and features a front dispensing tap and a top feeding port with a safety warning decal. Controls consist of a three-position rotary switch for inverse, stop, and run (marche) operations, alongside a manual reset button. Requires power lead.
One Vigó Presses electric water boiler and pasteuriser, model LF280105. This item features a stainless steel cylinder with a black plastic base and lid, a front-mounted dispensing tap, a timer dial (20-120 minutes), and a temperature control dial ranging from 30 to 100 degrees Celsius. Power requirements: 220-240V, 50Hz, 1800W, rated IPX3.
One Hamoki Limited soup kettle warmer, model SB-6000. It features a black textured body, a stainless steel lid and inner pot, an adjustable temperature control dial, and a power indicator light. Power requirements: 220-240V, 50Hz, 400W.
A clear plastic storage container containing a black dual-dial air fryer, a black blender with a clear plastic jug, multiple stainless steel Gastronorm (GN) pans, and a selection of catering sundries including a cardboard box and bulk-packaged disposable items.
All equipment is fitted with UK three-pin plugs and carries CE or UKCA markings where indicated. No NSF certification marks were observed.
Condition report:
All items are in used condition with signs of commercial wear throughout. The sugarcane juicer requires a power lead and exhibits several notable dents on the stainless steel side panels and some peeling to the decorative decals. The Vigó Presses water boiler is missing the outer plastic cap for the temperature control dial, leaving the inner spindle exposed, although it remains rotatable. All units show surface scuffs, scratches, and residues consistent with a catering environment. The mechanical and electrical functions of the items are untested.
