Description
3- contemporary figural table lamps, originally retailed by the British department store House of Fraser. The bases are modelled as seated spaniel dogs, likely Springer or Brittany spaniels, and are constructed from a moulded composite resin. They feature a hand-painted textured finish to simulate fur in tones of brown and white. Labels on the underside of one base include House of Fraser, G1 4RZ, 57195, PUP4229/HOF 230671320, and Made in China. Retail stickers on the original packaging note the item number 230 671 320 and an original price of £95.00. The lamps are equipped with white plastic power cables featuring in-line rocker switches and standard UK three-pin plugs fitted with 3 AMP fuses. The sockets are designed for 40W maximum Small Edison Screw (SES) candle bulbs. An energy efficiency label indicates compatibility with bulbs of energy classes A++ to E.
Condition report:
The lamps appear to be in good condition, with one item still partially contained within its original cardboard and polystyrene internal packaging. There are no visible chips, cracks, or significant wear to the painted finish or fabric shades. It is recommended that all electrical items are inspected and PAT tested by a qualified professional before being put into service.
