Description
This Auchan Technology Model AS-450 automatic L-bar film sealing machine was manufactured on 3 November 2023, as recorded on the manufacturer nameplate under Order No. 1058. The equipment is rated for 220V and 1350W, carries a visible CE certification mark, and is fitted with a standard UK Type G 3-pin plug. The red control fascia features dual digital temperature controllers for vertical and horizontal sealing, alongside digital timers for sealing/cutting time and stroke delay. A digital cycle counter is integrated into the panel, currently displaying a reading of 0194. The machine is constructed with a conveyor belt system, adjustable film rollers with red tensioning clamps, a transparent safety hood over the sealing bars, and an emergency stop button. The entire unit is mounted on four locking casters for mobility. The lot includes the original printed operating manual and a partial roll of plastic film. A technical diagram detailing the film path and internal components is affixed to the machine.
Condition report:
The machine is in excellent, near-new cosmetic condition. The cycle counter reading of 0194 indicates very low previous usage. All mechanical parts, including the conveyor belt, rollers, and safety hood, appear to be in good order without significant wear or damage. The unit has not been tested for operational functionality.
