Description
A collection of professional catering equipment consisting of an assortment of stainless steel gastronorm containers and matching lids. The items are stored within a green plastic transport crate and a white cardboard carton. Many of the containers are clearly stamped with the Vogue manufacturer mark on the rim corners. Standard gastronorm sizes are present within the lot, including items marked as 1/3 and 1/4, alongside other various standard dimensions and depths. The group also includes two large stainless steel stock pots featuring twin side handles, a single circular wire mesh deep fryer basket with an integrated long handle, and one small frying pan with a black composite handle. The equipment is constructed from heavy-duty stainless steel designed for commercial kitchen environments.
Condition report:
The items are in used condition and show signs of wear consistent with previous commercial use. Surface scratches, minor staining, and instances of baked-on food residue are present throughout the collection. One of the stock pots exhibits visible spots of oxidisation and rust on the interior base. All pieces would benefit from thorough professional cleaning before further use.
