Description
This lot consists of a selection of professional stainless steel catering equipment and smallwares. The collection features a refrigerated countertop prep well or topping unit with an Adexa branded fascia and an Inomak manufacturer data plate for model MAV614. The unit is constructed from stainless steel and includes a digital temperature controller and a standard UK three-pin plug. A secondary technical label for a model PT15 commercial refrigerator is also affixed to the unit. Included are two electric wet-well bains-marie. The first is manufactured by Archway Sheet Metal Works Ltd, model G3W/E, and features a manual thermostat control dial, power indicator light, and a Cooked Food identification badge. The second is a larger countertop wet-well food warmer of similar stainless steel construction with an exposed heating element in the base and a drain hole. Both units are fitted with standard UK three-pin plugs. The lot also includes 2 crates containing an assortment of kitchen tools and containers. The contents comprise a group of stainless steel Gastronorm (GN) containers and lids in various depths and sizes, including 1/2, 1/3, 1/6, and 1/9, with items from the Vogue brand identified. Smallwares include a conical stainless steel chinois, wire mesh skimmers, and a ladle. Additionally, three heavy-duty cast-iron gas burner assemblies are present. The electrical items carry CE and UKCA markings.

Condition report:
The items are in used commercial condition showing signs of wear consistent with regular kitchen use, including surface scratches, scuffs, and residual kitchen deposits. The heating elements in the bains-marie show some carbon build-up. All electrical equipment is sold as untried and requires testing before operation.
