Description
This commercial planetary food mixer is manufactured by Adexa, model ADM20. The machine is constructed with a silver-painted cast metal body and includes a 20 litre capacity stainless steel mixing bowl. It features a three-speed gear-driven transmission offering speeds of 125, 225, and 404 rpm. The lot is supplied with three stainless steel attachments: a balloon whisk, a dough hook, and a flat beater paddle. Controls include a manual gear selection lever, dual handles for the manual bowl lift and locking mechanism, a green start button, and a large red emergency stop button. A wire mesh safety guard is fitted over the bowl for operator safety. The specification plate indicates a power requirement of 750W and a voltage of 220V/50Hz, and the unit is fitted with a standard UK 3-pin plug.
