Description
A large glazed earthenware garden planter of tapered circular form. The exterior features horizontal ribbing in a beehive style, finished in a lustrous reactive mottled red glaze that transitions from deep maroon to bright crimson and extends over the rim. The interior is unglazed terracotta, displaying characteristic dark glaze drips and splatters from the manufacturing process. A single drainage hole is located in the centre of the base.

Condition report:
The planter exhibits a crack near the rim, extending across several ribs on the exterior, with evidence of white residue or old filler within the fissure. The glaze remains glossy with typical minor surface wear consistent with outdoor use.
