Description
A Zoom PodTrak P4 portable multitrack podcast recorder and USB audio interface. The device features four XLR microphone inputs with individual gain controls and switchable phantom power. It includes four independent 3.5mm headphone outputs, each with its own dedicated volume control knob. The unit is equipped with four programmable sound pads for triggering music and sound effects, and transport controls including play, pause, stop, and record buttons. A backlit LCD screen provides menu navigation and level monitoring. The input selector switches allow for microphone, smartphone, or USB connections. The reverse of the unit is marked Model: P4 with serial number C54048867, stating it was designed by Zoom in Japan and assembled in China. Included with the recorder is the original retail box. The device can be powered via USB (not included) or by two AA batteries.
Condition report:
The recorder appears to be in good used cosmetic condition. The unit has been tested for power and is operational with the digital display and backlit buttons functioning. The display currently indicates No Card!, and it should be noted that an SD memory card is not included. The battery compartment is clean and free from signs of corrosion or leakage. The original retail box shows some light shelf wear and includes a retail barcode sticker.
