Description
A pair of high-back office swivel chairs in the style of the Eames Soft Pad Group, closely resembling the Urma model. Each chair features a gold-toned metal frame with integrated fixed armrests and a five-star swivel base. The upholstery is comprised of segmented, horizontally ribbed cushions in a tan-brown leather. The chairs are supported by central pedestals terminating in five hooded casters. A height-adjustment lever is located beneath the seat on the right-hand side. The frame components are secured with visible recessed hex-head fasteners. No manufacturer labels or maker’s marks were observed during inspection.
Condition report:
The chairs are in overall good condition with signs of light use consistent with age. There is visible rip and scuffing and wear to the leather on the upper corners and along the side edges. The gold-toned finish on the frames and bases exhibits light surface scratches and minor areas of tarnishing.
